Rodrick Lim is an Associate Professor at the Dept of Pediatrics & Medicine/Division of Emergency Medicine at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University in London Ontario.  He is currently the Provider Value Officer for the Dept/Division of Emergency Medicine at London Health Sciences Centre.  He could not be more thrilled to be involved with a diverse group of passionate, capable and dynamic individuals in the wellness community.  His main job is to worry endlessly about his 3 children and very large dog, and hopes to have more world adventures with them at every opportunity.

Dr Gray is a mom, doctor, and scientist who works at St Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.  She likes running, travelling and public speaking, and hates traffic, trolling and bad red wine.  She thinks we need more wellness in medicine, and is working on restoring her own work-life balance, along with that of her colleagues

Dr. Fischer is a lecturer in the Department of Emergency Medicine and the Division of Palliative Care at the University of Ottawa.

Dr. Fischer works as an Emergency physician at The Ottawa Hospital and as a Palliative Care physician with the Ottawa Hospital’s Palliative and Supportive Care Consultation Service.   

She is the Director of Wellness in the Department of Emergency Medicine and has academic interests in establishing a wellness curriculum in Emergency Medicine and incorporating compassion fatigue and resiliency training for physicians. 

On a personal note, she is married, a mom to 4 school aged children, and can be found at various soccer fields or hockey rinks throughout the Ottawa valley, plus or minus with a cow bell.

Louise Rang is an Assistant Professor at the Dept of Emergency Medicine at Queen’s University. Currently Louise is the Professional Sustainability and Wellness Lead for the Dept of Emergency Medicine at Queen’s, and she is very excited to be developing this role. Louise completed an Ultrasound Fellowship in Chicago in 2004 and has been involved in PoCUS teaching and curriculum development nationally. Most recently she is one of the creators of EDSonoshare.ca, which is a shareware repository for Canadian PoCUS teaching and evaluation resources.  In her spare time, Louise can be usually found with her family either on the water (especially when there is a small craft warning,) or on ski hills both east and west.

Jada is a PGY1 in the EM program at McMaster University. She is a passionate advocate for physician wellness and self-care at individual and systems levels. After a shift, she enjoys unwinding with a short jog, origami, or an episode of her favourite sci-fi series.
