Terms of Reference

The committee shall:

(i)    deal with all items of the Bylaws or such kindred subjects as they may deem advisable or as may be referred to them;

(ii)   inform the Board of its recommendations;

(iii) report to the AGM

(iv)  annually submit to the AGM all suggested changes to the CAEP Bylaws for consideration and/or approval by the members
